Deze blauw-gele Ara behoort tot het Neotropische geslacht van ara's. Een Franse naturalist Bernard Germain vond ze voor het eerst in 'de Lacepède' in 1799. De Ara's zijn grote opvallende papegaaien met lange staarten, lange smalle vleugels en een levendig gekleurd verenkleed. Ze hebben allemaal een karakteristiek kaal gezicht met zwarte lijnen rond de ogen. Mannetjes en vrouwtjes hebben hetzelfde uitzicht. Veel van deze ara's zijn populair in de dierenhandel. De dierensmokkel vormt een grote bedreiging voor deze dieren.
Goldfish - Goudvis

It's a small member of the big carp family.
Goldfish breeds vary greatly in size, body shape, fin configuration and coloration like various combinations of white, yellow, orange, red, brown, and black.

De goudvis houdt van het zoete water. Het is een zeer gedomesticeerde vis.
Het is zelfs een van de meest gehouden aquariumvissen.
De Gooudvis is het kleinste lid in een grote karper familie.
Goudvis rassen variëren sterk in grootte, de vorm van het lichaam, vin configuratie en kleuring zoals verschillende combinaties van wit, geel, oranje, rood, bruin en zwart.
